Our strength and uniqueness at Maebell are that we specialize in event coordination. We offer two distinct types of coordination packages as well as some resources for the DIY couple looking to do it all themselves.
WEDDING PLANNING SIDEKICK
This package is for the couple who wants to do the venue/vendor research and planning on their own but would love some one-on-one guidance along the way. Allyson will connect with the couple 5-6 times leading up to the 30-day walk-through to make sure we are on track and have all the details needed to execute a flawless wedding day. Although you, as the couple, are responsible for reaching out to vendors, Allyson will look over all contracts to ensure the cost and items align.

DAY OF WEDDING COORDINATION
This package is made for the stellar DIY couple that wants to do the planning, vendor research, and detail planning all on their own but does not want to be the person coordinating it all on the day of the wedding. It always sounds easy to give that role to a friend or family member, but with a day of coordinator, ALL your family and friends can truly enjoy the day.
