This package is made for the stellar DIY couple that wants to do the planning, vendor research, and detail planning all on their own but does not want to be the person coordinating it all on the day of the wedding. It always sounds easy to give that role to a friend or family member, but with a day of coordinator, ALL your family and friends can truly enjoy the day. Let Allyson handle everything from set up to tear down your wedding day.
In addition, to support on the day of your wedding, Allyson provides the following pre-event support to bring your wedding day vision to life:

2 hours for an in-person venue walk-through 30 days prior to your wedding day to discuss the layout, timeline, and decor details the couple has prepared ahead of time.

1-hour virtual meeting to finalize all the details ten days before the wedding.

Distribute the timeline and layout the couple provides to all vendors, as well as full vendor communication takes over seven days prior to the wedding day.

TIMELINE MANAGEMENT
Coordinate with the venue and vendors to stay on time and ensure everything laid out in the timeline is executed accordingly.
BASIC DECOR SETUP
Set up all standard items for welcome, gifts, and memory tables. This package also includes a set up of pre-made centerpieces.
*This package does NOT include creating fresh floral centerpieces or setting up/tearing down tables and chairs.
END OF NIGHT PACK UP
Pack up all personal wedding decor, left over food, dessert, and/or alcohol to hand off to family/friends at the end of the evening. Worry-free teardown for the newlyweds!
